True Dancehall King is what this young aggressive Leone island singer calls himself. The title is self proclaimed but by making it his own label leaves lots of questions unanswered! Maybe one of the questions would be; If AK47 is the ‘True Dancehall King’ does this mean the many artists who refer to themselves as Dancehall kings are fake and unreal? Well that’s really not much my business and the role I have to play in this competitive music industry. The people (YOU) are the main trend setters. Well, if the People accept AK47 as the True Dancehall King, them who am I to say no.

In his latest song titled Yoono, after a long while, AK47 is this time round singing on a topic away from showbiz. This time he is talking about love and matters of the heart.
Yoono is a Luganda word that literally means ‘is the one’, it could be she/he, context is what matters, and your Yoono is your man or woman. Yoono is a dancehall song that comes with fine lyrics as Ak47 praises this beautiful lady and confesses what he feels about her.
Yoono video features AK47, One main girl actor, Papa Cidy , Judith Heard and Doctor Jose Chameleone among other actors. I found Chameleone most entertaining in the video when he danced Lingala towards the end of the video.

AK47 and Papa Cidy are seen having fun while on boat ride, as they sing Yoono chorus and most parts of the verses. AK47 has got full swag and much energy in the video to prove critics that he can actually do love dancehall songs. The queen dancers are also entertaining; they come with different dance strokes from start to end.
